With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website and improve it. This includes clicks, scrolling and session recordings. Form entries are masked.

You can accept, decline or change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We also use essential cookies to keep authorised staff signed in securely.

Cookie details

Clarity only loads after you accept analytics. It may use _clck and _clsk cookies to connect visits and page views. Advertising consent is denied.

The essential staff sign-in cookie, ows_review, expires after eight hours and is removed on sign-out. It does not track public visitors.

Forms and browser storage

Unsubmitted form answers are kept in the open page, not intentionally saved in local storage. Reloading or closing the page may clear them. Submitted questionnaires are saved on our server. Contact messages are delivered by email.

External websites

Following a LinkedIn or Microsoft Bookings link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy and cookie practices.

Cookie settings

We store your accept or decline choice in local storage as ows_analytics_v1 until you clear it or change it using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining prevents Clarity from loading on subsequent pages. Withdrawing permission reloads this page to stop recording. Forms are masked and private inbox pages are excluded. Microsoft processes usage information under its Privacy Statement.
